Inge Nitsche, managing director
Inge got her master degree at the Law Faculty of the Erasmus University in Rotterdam in 1982, and then continued to study tax law at the University of Leiden. Between 1984 and 1989 she worked as an Inspector of the Tax Administration and the Dutch Ministry of Finance. Between1989 and 2002 she was an external advisor to employers on international taxes and employee benefits in an international context. From 2002 onwards she has dedicated herself even more to executive problems in international personnel postings, both from an employers’ and an employees’ perspective. Since 2007 she has acted as chairwoman to the Dutch Expat Foundation. Inge is the founder of the expatise formula.

Ernst Steltenpöhl
Ernst worked in several HR positions lastly responsible for Global Management Development and Compensation and Benefits at Heineken, the Federation of Netherlands Industry, the well known HR consultancy firm LTP and Sara Lee. He is the founder of all the non European C&B forums with big global firms (Far East and Australia, Latin America, Canada, Middle East and Afrika), the oldest C&B platforms in the Netherlands. He is a well-known expert in multinational and top management C&B issues and solutions. Ernst has Masters in Management & Organization and sociology and studied at Amsterdam University, INSEAD, Tilburg University and Cornell University. Ernst is co-founder of the expatise Centre.

Gert-Jan van Arnhem

Since 1990, Gert-Jan has been active as senior consultant at a large HR-consultancy firm. Since 2005 he has been responsible for the start-up of three new establishments, two in the Netherlands and one in Moscow, Russia. Beside the development of new activities, he focuses mostly on top-management coaching and top assessment.
Furthermore, his field of attention comprises the development, organization and execution of large assessment- and development centers. He focuses on coaching- and development routes for members of the board of directors with an international function.

Jelle van de Berg

Jelle is director/co-owner of the Institute for Fiscal Knowledge Transfer (IFK). After his studies of fiscal economy in Rotterdam he worked as an Inspector of the Tax Administration for 15 years and with Rabobank Fiscal Matters Netherlands for 5 years. Between 1999 and 2002 he was on the managing board of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisors (NOB). Furthermore, since 1998, he has been attached to the Erasmus University in Rotterdam and to the HES Rotterdam (higher vocational education on financial service management). Besides, he regularly writes articles in various professional magazines and he publishes books.

Ruud Blaakman
For years, Ruud has been active in the field of international inbound and outbound postings. He has been advisor at Loyens & Loeff and over the past six years he has worked as senior consultant International Legal Affairs with the General Dutch Employers Federation AWVN. He advises and coaches internationally active employers. Also, he is chairman of the Contact group International labor mobility.

 

Ruud Blaakman

Mieke Keijzer-Vos
Mieke studied Personnel & Labor at vocational university-level and specialized in change-management in the International HR-function field. After various management-functions at ING, she was appointed Head International Assignment Centre Amsterdam, ING Group HR in 2006,and as such, responsible for the reorganization of that department (consisting of three teams, advisors International Mobility, Support & Payroll), as well as the qualitative and quantitative optimizing of the team and the streamlining of international mobility processes. Ever since the second half of 2009, Mieke has been working as an independent International HR-Consultant and since the beginning of 2011 as chairperson of the National Contact-group International Mobility for Financials
